Yes, it is possible to give the candidate a second chance.
Under the “Options” button, you will find the “New Chance to Record” feature.
By clicking this button, you allow the candidate to answer your questions again. The candidate will receive a notification informing them that a new opportunity has been granted and will be able to re-record their responses.
